Helicopter Support, Inc. (HSI) has grown to become the largest aftermarket support company in the rotorcraft industry. Customers in 75 countries rely on HSI, a Sikorsky Aerospace Services company, for the comprehensive support they need for operational success with helicopters and related aircraft.

HSI – Sikorsky was looking to grow their business, but was challenged with creating the strategies to reach their target audiences (military and private helicopter operators across the planet), creating improved brand awareness and credibility, and to build a new web site where they could place content and information, and transact business. Our people architected a comprehensive strategy to achieve these goals, conducted a complete brand makeover and new messaging campaign, built a new website and content management system incorporating over 170,000 parts and related information, and created best-in-class marketing and trade show capabilities.
